P&R Têxteis has been present in the ISPO fair. ISPO is the trade fair for sports business with more than 2,800 exhibitors. The BODYPASS project was present in the booth of P&R with great success. This has been a great dissemination activity aimed at professionals of the good consumers' sector. 

P&R Innovation Excellence Award


P&R was distinguished with the 2018 Business Excellence Award in the Innovation Category. 

In a joint initiative promoted by CENIT and ANIVEC, these Awards, which are in the second edition, aim to recognize the work developed by the Portuguese companies in the Clothing Industry, which most stood out in 2018, in different areas of activity. 

Third steering committee

The third meeting of the BODY PASS consortium in AUXOLOGICO.  The focus of the meeting was the blockchain architecture and the APIs for sharing 3D data.

BODYPASS will combine blockchain (HYPERLEDGER), APIs and PRESTO.

Our partner Andrey Golub (ELSE) will be speaking on High-Tech Retailing Forum at the High-Tech Retailing Marketplace and Conference.

He will participate in "My Personal Shopper" session. The session will show how technology offers you the ability to personalize your purchases to the nth degree.

3DBODY.TECH conference

IBV participates in the 3DBODY.TECH conference. A good opportunity to show the technologies that IBV will apply in BODYPASS. Paper available.

Philips Research open Day


PHILIPS has disseminated the BODYPASS project during the Dutch Technology Week.  About 3500 people visited the stand (demo + poster) at Philips Research open Day.

2nd Meeting of the Steering Committee

High Tech Campus, Eindhoven, Netherlands

BODYPASS has done its 2nd steering committee. All partners participated in a training session about data protection and how to apply GPDR to the BODYPASS project. The training session was led by professor Ricard Martinez.  Professor Martines is the Director of the Chair of Privacy and Digital Transformation Microsoft-Universitat de Valencia and member of the Microsoft Health Advisory Council. 

During the meeting, the partners discussed methodologies to anonymise 3D data and the architecture for sharing this type of data.

  • 3D data protection and privacy. GDPR application.
  • Use cases
  • Architecture to exchange and curate 3D data.
