TO1. Homodel data structure. Definition of a standard 3D data structured that enables statistical analysis of
databases of the two sectors: healthcare and consumer goods.
>= 50K homologous points. Propose an extension for DICOM standard for 3D body models and derived annotation
models
TO2. Process for obtaining Homodels from raw 3D medical images. The software must enable the treatment in at least 3 different scanning technologies: CT, MRI, PET or X-Ray.
TO3. Process for obtaining Homodels from 3D body-surface scanners The software must enable the treatment in at least 3 different scanning technologies: laser, depth sensors and
multi-pictures.
TO4. Services optimising multivariate shape analysis of Homodels. Existing algorithms for mesh deformation and
principal component analysis (PCA) must be optimized for big data sets.
Ability to analyse huge hospital data sets: 200 Terabytes-
TO5. Services to visualize aggregated 3D data Questionnaires are made during the demonstration pilots (WP5) in order to measure the opinion of the professionals
from the healthcare sector and good consumers sector. The objective is 90% approval.
TO6. Processes for secure exchange of 3D data between different partners Possibility to send the distributed 3D data queries to different partners and get an aggregated answer.
